- We will provide a calm and serene home-like setting that promotes the highest quality of life.

- Our services include room, board, basic utilities and basic cable TV. Telephone charges are seperate, all rooms will be pre-wired and ready for service.

- Our trained and licensed Medical Technicians will observe Resident's for untoward symptomatology 24 hours per day and treat accordingly from Physician orders. Our facility will provide a Medical Director to over-see the medical program ensuring that our efforts will allow the Residents to focus on life.

- We will provide a NC licensed Assisted Living Administrator.

- We will provide a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) to oversee the functions of the Nursing Department.

- We will provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and dining by trained personal care assistants.

- We will develop personal care plans for each Resident to anticipate their needs and care for them accordingly.

- We will provide a 16 bed locked Alzheimer's Unit to accommodate those stricken with the disease.

- We will provide 24 hour a day access to pharmacy services.

- We will have a beauty and barber shop on-site

- We will provide meals and snacks to enhance life for our Resident's and their families' under the auspice of a Registered Dietician. Guest meals will be available for visitors and family parties.

- We will provide scheduled transportation to and from doctor's appointments as well as transportation to group activities and outings.

- We will provide an Activity Director to bond with and provide for the social needs of our Residents.

- We will provide all facility linens such as sheets, blankets, bedspreads, towels, washcloths and linen service for these items. We will also provide personal laundry services for our Residents if they so desire. We will provide an on-site Laundromat for the Resident's if they prefer.

- We will provide all housekeeping and maintenance needs through routine and preventative approaches for the safety and comfort of our Resident's.

- We will provide each Resident with a twin bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a lamp and a chair furnished very tastefully.

- Each room will have a full bath as well as whirlpool rooms located in the facility for the Resident's use.

- Each room and bathroom will be equipped with a hard-wired call bell system to allow the Resident's to alert the staff for assistance. Each room will also maintain a private heating and cooling unit to accommodate personal preference.

- We will schedule services for the Resident as ordered by the Physician i.e.: Physical Therapy, Wound care, MD appointments, etc.

- We will be able to provide short-term Respite care for Residents whose "family caregivers" need a break.

- We will provide stationary and writing utensils to the Residents upon request.
