Priddy Manor has been established as a caregiver to provide a high quality of life to senior citizens at the Assisted Living level. As a committed family business, we offer seventy State-licensed Assisted Living Beds to the community of Stokes County specifically the city of King. These beds have been approved and licensed by the NC Division Of Facility Services and have been developed by Priddy Manor for development.

Our services include standard amenities as required under DFS regulation such as 24- hour access to qualified staff for the administration of medications, providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and meals. Other services as required include activities, scheduled transportation, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance services and utility costs, except telephone and cable, to be included in the Resident's monthly fee.

Priddy Manor will also provide each Resident with a choice of furnished or unfurnished units. Each unit is pre-wired for cable television and telephone. Also included are individual air conditioning and heating units for comfort. All Residents have access to our in-house call bell system, 24 hour pharmacy services, barber and beauty shop on-site, respite care and guest meals.

As committed caregivers, Priddy Manor and the Stokes County Commissioners have identified the communities' need for additional assisted living beds and a secured Alzheimer's Unit to provide sixteen (16) Resident beds in a controlled safe setting in compliance with all State and Federal Regulations.

Priddy Manor is committed to successfully operating as a Faith based organization with the goal of being the leader in Adult Care service and objectives of reaching out to it's Residents in kindness, gentleness, patience, and mercy filling lives advanced in years with wonderful blessings, joy, and contentment. Our objectives are focused around a home-like and inviting environment placing dining and recreational therapy at the forefront. We will maintain this environment by ensuring that the needs of daily living are met in a confidential and dignified manner. We have a Resident's Council in order to empower our residents regarding decisions affecting them. We have made the facility an inviting place for friends, children and family visitation.
